We offer free intro­duc­to­ry class­es for both Kick­box­ing and Brazil­ian Jiu-Jitsu. 

  • Kick­box­ing Foun­da­tion Class­es: Mon­day & Wednes­day at 5:00 PM
  • BJJ Foun­da­tion Class­es: Tues­day & Thurs­day at 5:00 PM

How to Book:
Reserve your spot in a foun­da­tion class by using our con­tact form, send­ing us an email, or mes­sag­ing us on Face­book or Insta­gram. Please book in advance before attending.

Spe­cial Offer for Kids:
The first class is free for all kids’ classes—come and give it a try!
